Job summary

Qualifications

• Track record of customer relationships and service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day installation operations and crews.
• Plan and manage end-to-end project rollouts across Ireland and internationally.
• Ensure SLAs are exceeded for new and existing clients.
• Respond to urgent installation needs and escalations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and commissioning.

Title: Installation Manager (Last Mile Technical)

Our client provides specialist services in global technical distribution of Life Science equipment and consumables, including the movement of complex hazardous materials internationally. The Last Mile Technical Installation Manager will oversee the technical installation operations, overseeing the day-to-day management of installation crews and the implementation of complex, end-to-end project roll-outs across Ireland and internationally.

This role is critical to ensure that all service level agreements are exceeded for both new and existing clients. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the delivery process, from initial assessment and planning through to post-delivery review, ensuring that clients' equipment is delivered, positioned, and commissioned to the highest standards.

The position will require some flexibility to respond to urgent installation needs and customer escalations. The role may also require occasional international travel for large-scale projects.
