Job summary

Logiskills Group is seeking an Installation Manager (Last Mile Technical) in Dublin 11 to lead field installation operations, manage crews, and deliver complex project rollouts both in Ireland and abroad. The role demands office-based work with site visits and potential international travel.

Applicants should bring at least four years of installation experience, relevant logistics/engineering qualifications, and proven ability to manage teams and client relationships while maintaining high SLA

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' installation experience in white glove, technical distribution, or engineering.
• Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experienced in handling commercial conversations with clients and ensuring profitable work.
• Experience in managing teams and multi-site projects.
• Track record of customer relationships and service level agreements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day installation operations and crews.
• Plan and manage end-to-end project rollouts across Ireland and internationally.
• Ensure SLAs are exceeded for new and existing clients.
• Respond to urgent installation needs and escalations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and commissioning.
