Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring team environment with open communication.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Identify training needs and provide coaching.
• Balance workload and prioritise to meet timelines.
• Act as point of contact for clients as needed.
• Oversee or prepare project quotations for Inside Sales.
• Document inquiries and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Share insights with Head of Inside & Technical Sales.
• Develop weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Stay up to date with new products and features.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the Manager.
