Job summary

CPM Ireland is recruiting a Field Sales Team Lead for Electric Ireland, Ireland's leading energy provider. The role blends field coaching with personal selling, meeting customers at home and driving sales performance while building lasting customer relationships.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will coach reps, model best practices, and guide planning, conversations, objections, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales (home visits) and coaching teams.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales performance as a Field Sales Team Lead for Electric Ireland.
• Coaching and mentoring sales reps, modelling best practices and providing feedback.
• Meet customers face-to-face in homes to present energy solutions.
• Report to Regional Sales Manager and contribute to planning and performance reviews.
