Hanley Energy is seeking an Inside Sales Support to join our Head Office in Stamullen. You will ensure quotations, orders, and queries progress promptly and liaise with Sales, Project Management, Procurement and Finance.

The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, collaborative and highly organized, with strong teamwork and a passion for delivering excellent customer service to help achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and manage quotes for customers.
• Process sales orders accurately in CRM/ERP systems.
• Maintain up-to-date customer and order information.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, accounts, project management and technical teams to ensure order fulfilment.
• Ensure sales and customer records are maintained and updated.
• Contribute to weekly & monthly sales reports.
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
• Stay up to date with new products and features.
• Flexibility and ability to undertake additional duties as requested by the Manager.

Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified Inside Sales Support person to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals in our Head Office in Stamullen

As our new Inside Sales Support you will ensure quotations, orders, and queries are progressed in a timely manner. You will be a key liaison with many departments such as Sales, Project Management, Procurement and Finance.

Our ideal candidate is goal and service-oriented, collaborates and is a team player. If you have exceptional organisational skills and enjoy working as part of a team, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Position Responsibilities:
