CPM Ireland is recruiting for a Field Sales Team Lead representing Electric Ireland. This hybrid role blends coaching of field sales reps with personal selling, meeting customers face-to-face in homes while promoting market-leading energy solutions.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and drive performance while building lasting customer relationships, with structured coaching and feedback across planning, conversations, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Full Clean Driver's Licence is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Proven coaching or leadership experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach field sales reps to maximize performance.
• Meet customers face-to-face in homes to present energy solutions.
• Develop and execute field sales plans with a focus on compliance and quality.
• Model best practices in sales conversations, planning, and objection handling.
• Drive results through mentoring and feedback, with a strong emphasis on delivery.
