Responsibilities

• Client acquisition and market development: build and execute a disciplined new-business strategy for Irish/European priorities and convert insights into a healthy pipeline.
• Demand and lead generation: design targeted campaigns, messaging and conversion journeys; generate opportunities via multiple channels.
• Consultative discovery and qualification: qualify opportunities, ask insightful questions and uncover client challenges.
• Client value and solution development: translate risks into a differentiated value proposition with measurable outcomes.
• Proposal, negotiation and closing: own opportunities from proposal to contract; ensure pricing, margins and governance.
• Implementation, client success and growth: handover to delivery, monitor outcomes and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
