Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a Project Engineer / Change Management Lead to support the MOCC, Dublin Tunnel and Jack Lynch Tunnel projects. You will manage Task Orders, drive change control, and ensure safety, regulatory and quality compliance throughout design, construction and handover.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, lead CCP meetings, and ensure traceability across Maximo, M-Files and related systems, applying NEC4 processes and PMI PMBOK practices where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• Desire to learn NEC contracts, project management methodologies (PMBOK) and ISO standards.
• Proficiency with documentation and asset management software (Maximo, M-Files).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical writing experience.
• Demonstrable ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned Task Orders including capital works, renewals and upgrades aligned with FCWP and IPP.
• Manage scopes, schedules, budgets and stakeholder interfaces to programme using PMBOK or similar methods.
• Liaise with internal teams and consultants to develop tender documents, design packages and strategies.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring safety files, RAMS and quality plans compliance.
• Lead CCP, chair Change Control Committee meetings and coordinate with TSO and OT/IT security on changes.
