Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, ideally in the Rail industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and specifically MS Project.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with ERP (Oracle…) is desirable and will be a strong advantage
• Primavera 6 knowledge is also highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and supporting the implementation of mitigation measures
• Liaise with contractors, designers, and statutory stakeholders to keep projects moving
• Support procurement and contract administration activities
• Ensure projects comply with relevant health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements
• Budget Management.
