Job summary

Telefónica Tech is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant to provide problem analysis and support for a large managed service customer. You will install, maintain, operate and configure servers, storage, and software, while aligning with company procedures and policies.

The role requires working independently, with the ability to collaborate with technical architects and teams to deliver enterprise-scale infrastructure projects and migrate legacy environments.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and maintaining servers, storage, and software.
• Ability to work independently and in large teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to estimate effort and manage customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Work with technical architects to implement and deploy leading edge technologies to our customer base.
• Become a SME in one or more areas of managed services.
• Ability to work in a large, dedicated team and take ownership of infrastructure and platform issues.
• Proactively transfer product skills and knowledge to customers as part of the project engagement process.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to address customer business requirements with effective solutions.
