Qualifications

• Demonstrable frontline user support experience in an ICT environment.
• Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 support.
• Experience with Windows endpoints and common enterprise peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for ICT incidents and requests.
• Log, categorize and progress tickets in the service management system.
• Provide Level 1/2 diagnosis and resolution for common issues.
