Job summary

John Sisk & Son is seeking an Information Manager to join our Dublin-based Data Centre team with some travel across Europe. You’ll drive information management standards, mentor coordinators, and oversee document control across projects and clients using Dalux, Viewpoint and other CDEs.

As a senior member, you’ll develop workflows with ISM, implement change control, and ensure accurate, accessible information for project teams and stakeholders while staying at the forefront of industry standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience on large scale projects with大量数据 and information sources
• Experience with multiple CDEs/DFTs
• Experience with multidisciplinary design teams and supply chain
• Experience in delivering training
• Experience in onboarding preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and host Dalux training sessions for new users within the project team
• Act as main point of contact for support and coaching of project users of Dalux
• Develop project file naming protocols with information systems manager and project team
• Develop workflows alongside ISM and manage throughout the project lifecycle
• Create forms and tasks on DFT (FV) in line with DPD procedures
• Configure and implement change control processes within the CDE
• Validate, check and curate incoming/outgoing project documentation to the CDE
• Configure status reports on workflows, submissions, TQs, RFIs and other data
• Prepare and configure distribution matrices
• Establish and maintain central site files, uncontrolled drawings, and registers
• Collate operation and maintenance, health and safety, quality, environmental, BCAR files
• Attend meetings to engage team and stakeholders
