Job summary

John Sisk & Son is seeking an Information Manager to join our Dublin-based Data Centre team with some travel across Europe. The role drives information management standards, workflows and compliance, mentoring Information Coordinators and ensuring accurate, up-to-date project documentation is available to project teams, stakeholders and third parties.

You will work with Dalux, Viewpoint and client CDEs, develop file naming protocols, manage workflows through the project lifecycle, and deliver

Qualifications

• Significant experience on large-scale projects with substantial data and information
• Experience delivering training to project teams
• Experience in onboarding new staff or users

Responsibilities

• Host Dalux training sessions for project teams and external parties
• Coach and support project users, including client teams and subcontractors
• Develop project file naming protocols with ISM and project team
• Create and refine workflows for the project lifecycle
• Configure and implement change control within the CDE
• Validate and curate incoming/outgoing project documentation in the CDE
• Prepare distribution matrices and status reports for workflows and RFIs
• Maintain central site files, drawings and registers
• Collate operation, health, safety and quality records
• Attend meetings to engage the team and stakeholders
