Job summary

Sisk Group in Dublin seeks an Information Manager for our Data Centre team with European travel. You will drive information management standards, mentor coordinators, and ensure accurate project documentation across Dalux, Viewpoint and CDEs.

Lead training, establish workflows, and collaborate with project teams, designers and subcontractors to optimise digital platforms and deliver best-in-class documentation control.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale projects and information management.
• Ability to develop workflows and project file protocols.
• Experience delivering training and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage and host Dalux training sessions for project teams and third parties.
• Serve as main contact for Dalux support and coaching across stakeholders.
• Develop file naming protocols with ISM and project team per DPD.
• Create and manage workflows across the project lifecycle in line with DPD.
• Create forms and tasks on DFT (FV) per site requirements.
• Configure and implement CDE change control processes.
• Validate and curate all project documentation within the CDE.
• Prepare status reports on workflows, RFIs, TQs and data.
• Prepare distribution matrices per project requirements.
• Maintain central site files, drawings and registers.
• Collate operation/maintenance, health and safety files.
• Attend meetings to engage team and stakeholders.
