Job summary

Sisk is seeking an Information Coordinator to join our site-based team in Ireland. You will manage and maintain project documentation, control versions, and support digital platforms such as Dalux and Viewpoint across project lifecycles.

You will collaborate with project managers, design teams, consultants and subcontractors, delivering training and ensuring compliance with data standards and workflows within a Dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with all stakeholders about IM protocols
• Well organised and self-motivated
• Excellent document preparation and formatting skills
• Ability to prioritise work, multitask and troubleshoot
• Interest in project delivery processes and administration

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project information systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Administer Dalux and other project platforms, including user access and workflows
• Set up and manage field work packages, inspections, checklists and drawing registers
• Support management of O&M, BCAR, testing and commissioning docs
• Oversee WIP environments and collaboration platforms with secure access and procedures
• Support audits, inspections and information management compliance activities
