Job summary

Astreya is seeking a skilled professional to oversee infrastructure monitoring, alert management and incident handling across server environments. You will triage alerts, investigate issues, and coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure rapid resolution and operational stability.

The role emphasizes structured incident documentation, post-incident reviews and continuous improvement of runbooks and SOPs. Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders are required.

Qualifications

• Typically 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure operations or a similar operational function.
• Experience handling operational alerts, troubleshooting technical issues and supporting incident management processes.
• Ability to manage routine operational activities within established procedures.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams during incidents, change windows or other operational events.

Responsibilities

• Monitor server infrastructure, alerts and observability platforms to identify service degradation and risks.
• Triage alerts by severity and business impact; determine actions per procedures.
• Investigate routine infrastructure issues and escalate to appropriate teams.
• Support operational readiness and service continuity through proactive monitoring and timely response.
• Support incident response activities and root-cause analysis of outages.
• Coordinate with engineering and other teams to facilitate incident resolution and recovery.
• Maintain incident records with timelines, findings and actions; support post-incident reviews.
