Job summary

MarketStar is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to represent Mailchimp across the EMEA region. The role focuses on creating and closing a pipeline of leads, managing inbound leads, and hitting KPIs monthly and quarterly in a fast-growing sales program.

You will work in a hybrid setup in Leopardstown, Dublin 18, with in-office days on Tuesday and Thursday, collaborating with leadership and the client to drive revenue and career growth within MarketStar.

Qualifications

• SDR or B2B sales experience, 18–24 months in SaaS space or 6–12 months in B2B sales as individual contributor.
• Experience with software vendor, SaaS space or system integrator space is a huge plus.
• Exceptional skills in prospecting, discovery and presentation.
• Strong sales aptitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Collaborative and target-driven with proven sales attainment.

Responsibilities

• Execute against monthly/quarterly targets in the SME segment.
• Manage inbound leads across channels to drive pipeline and close new business.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Mailchimp product suite to shorten the sales cycle.
• Act as product/service advocate and build client interest in value proposition.
• Prioritize and track a pipeline of opportunities with timely follow-ups.
• Implement sales strategies to maximize conversion of leads to customers.
• Provide account management to support client technology strategy and needs.
• Collaborate with leadership and client to reach revenue goals.
