Job summary

Sodexo is creating a distinct Talent Acquisition service across UK & Ireland. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will own an allocated business portfolio from talent need to accepted offer, shaping demand and building pipelines ahead of vacancies.

You will understand workforce plans, test requirements, and use direct sourcing, assessment and market insight to secure talent. Expect strong collaboration with managers and accountability for outcomes, with regular on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience including direct sourcing, interviewing, assessment and offer management.
• Genuinely consultative style with ability to advise, influence and challenge hiring managers.
• Evidence of creating sourcing strategies and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong portfolio management balancing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment delivery across a dedicated business portfolio, from early discussions through to accepted offer.
• Spend time with operational and People leaders to understand demand and future needs.
• Lead high-quality role briefings that sharpen criteria and route to market.
• Create tailored sourcing and attraction plans, selecting the right channels.
• Proactively identify and engage talent through direct search, digital sourcing, networks and referrals.
• Build ready-to-engage pipelines for recurring, volume and business-critical needs.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates, presenting evidence-based recommendations.
• Use labour-market insight to set realistic expectations and improve hiring decisions.
• Own momentum throughout the process and maintain data accuracy for a positive candidate/manager experience.
