Job summary

Link Personnel seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join the HR team and deliver lateral recruitment across legal and business services. You will own the hiring process from first conversation to first day, building direct sourcing pipelines and collaborating with hiring managers.

This hands-on role offers real scope, working closely with HR Business Partners to develop employer brand and candidate pipelines, with hybrid working and annual reviews as part of the rewards

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and partner with HRBP.
• Ability to build and nurture pipelines for key practice areas.

Link Personnel looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join the HR team of a leading Professional Service Firm, and deliver lateral recruitment across our legal and business services functions. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you’ll own the hiring process from first conversation to first day and build direct sourcing capability.

This is a hands-on role with real scope. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, build pipelines for key practice areas, and play an active part in developing our employer brand.
