Job summary

AXA Ireland is seeking an Insurance Representative for our Swords Branch Office. You will engage customers face-to-face and by phone, delivering service that supports branch targets while promoting local presence.

We provide four weeks of full induction training, a competitive base salary of €30,600, pension, staff discounts, generous holidays and wellbeing initiatives. Eligibility to work in Ireland is required.

Qualifications

• Leaving certificate including Maths and English.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Knowledge of the insurance sector is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and telephone manner.
• A third level qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
• Promote branch profitability and community presence.
• Provide professional, sales-driven customer service.
• Maximise customer engagement via in-branch visits and calls.
• Cross-sell and upsell to add value at every interaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist with cash handling and expenses.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects.
• Analyse local market data to identify trends.
