Job summary

RECRUITERS in Ireland is seeking a Sales Advisor to join a regional team supporting Personal Lines, Commercial and Agricultural insurance. You will develop new business, support existing customers and help the branch hit its sales and customer service targets.

Key duties include prospecting, up-selling and cross-selling, building relationships, reviewing cover needs, supporting renewals and account management, handling queries, and maintaining records in line with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieving individual sales targets through prospecting, up-selling and cross-selling.

• Supporting renewal and account management activity.
• Handling customer queries and referring technical matters where appropriate.
• Assisting customers at the initial claims notification stage.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring company procedures and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Supporting the wider branch team with day-to-day administration and customer service.
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of insurance products, compliance requirements and industry regulations.
