Job summary

AXA Ireland is hiring an Insurance Representative in Swords to deliver exceptional customer service and promote branch growth. You will engage customers in-branch and by phone, driving sales through cross-selling while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

You will receive comprehensive induction and training, with full-time hours and a competitive base salary plus bonus opportunities, pension and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum leaving certificate including maths and English or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Knowledge of insurance sector and branch administration beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers face to face and over the phone at the Swords branch.
• Promote branch profitability and community presence to meet targets.
• Provide professional, sales-driven customer service to attract and retain clients.
• Maximise engagement through in-branch visits, phone and outbound activity.
• Leverage cross-selling and upselling to add value on every interaction.
• Encourage self-service and a customer-first approach.
• Build trusted relationships via community and affinity engagement.
