Job summary

The Irish Red Cross is seeking an experienced IMPACT-H Project Coordinator to lead delivery of the IMPACT-H Project in Ireland. You will oversee day-to-day activities, manage two Peer Migrant Health Workers and a Training and Support Officer, and ensure effective coordination, monitoring and reporting across partners.

You will develop strong partnerships with healthcare providers and migrant communities, champion health navigation and access to services, and drive learning to improve care.

• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects.
• Strong collaboration with a range of stakeholders and partners.
• Excellent communication, organisational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Sound understanding of the Irish health and social care system.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management, delivery and development of the IMPACT-H Project in Ireland.
• Manage and support the project team, including two Peer Migrant Health Workers and the Training and Support Officer.
• Recruit, induct and coordinate training for Community Health Volunteers.
• Develop and maintain project plans, systems and timelines.
• Monitor delivery, identify risks and opportunities, and take action to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate collaboration between Irish partners and the wider European consortium.
• Attend consortium meetings and report on project progress.
• Contribute to evaluation, learning and continuous improvement.
