Job summary

MWeds Global Advisory in Ireland is seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist to manage cases from inquiry to application preparation and submission, with guidance after decisions. The role handles employment permit caseloads and other immigration matters, reporting to the Managing Director in a hybrid Dublin 15 setting.

The successful candidate will advise clients via email/phone, conduct eligibility assessments, research pertinent laws, liaise with authorities and employers, and support

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling Irish employment permit applications.
• Strong research, case assessment and document-checking skills.
• Experience advising employers and individuals, including consultations.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to explain complex requirements clearly.
• Ownership of case progression and deadlines.
• Willingness to attend Dublin 15 office under hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients by email, phone, video calls and WhatsApp on options, services, fees and next steps.
• Assess eligibility and develop strategy for each case based on client circumstances and history.
• Conduct thorough case research using applicable legislation and official guidance; document sources.
• Manage employment permit applications and other immigration matters.
• Check documents, prepare applications and respond to requests for information.
• Liaise with employers, individuals and authorities; maintain records and deadlines.
• Explain approval conditions and next steps; assess refusals and alternatives.
• Support colleagues with technical questions and case reviews.
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues with proposed approaches.
• Handle sensitive client information confidentially.
