Responsibilities

• Assist Manager with case reviews and intake of cases.
• Provide advice on complex matters under supervision.
• Ensure applications are accurate and billing is timely.
• Lead client presentations and manage client relationships.
• Mentor team members and oversee status of cases in management systems.
• Prepare client reporting and perform root-cause analyses when needed.
