HireIQ, on behalf of a leading professional services firm in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Manager to oversee a portfolio of globally mobile employees and complex cross-border tax matters.

You will work with multinational organisations, HR teams, and finance functions, providing practical guidance on assignments, relocations and payroll considerations, while leading a small team and liaising with overseas advisers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Global Mobility, Expatriate Tax, or Employment Tax.
• Strong understanding of Irish personal tax and mobility issues.
• Experience in professional services is advantageous.
• CTA/ACCA/ACA or similar qualification is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of global mobility and expatriate tax clients.
• Advise on tax implications of international assignments and cross-border working.
• Support clients with Irish income tax, social security and payroll considerations.
• Advise on inbound and outbound employee mobility.
• Manage expatriate tax compliance and annual filing requirements.
• Provide guidance on tax equalisation and tax protection policies.
• Advise on short-term business travellers and remote working arrangements.
• Support relocation, secondment and assignment planning.
• Liaise with international offices and overseas advisers on multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Work with HR, payroll, finance and internal mobility teams.
• Manage client relationships and act as a key contact.
• Review work by junior team members and support their development.
• Identify additional advisory opportunities across existing relationships.
• Support Directors and Partners on business development.
