Job summary

Mastercard seeks a seasoned Technical Experience Lead (L7) to steer architecture, prototyping, engineering and deployment of advanced customer-facing experiences across the global Mastercard Experience Centre network.

You will be technical authority for immersive demonstrations, interactive showcases and innovation environments, partnering with Solutions Consulting, Foundry, Product, Engineering, Creative Services and Experience Centre teams.

Qualifications

• Typically 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, innovation engineering or experience technology.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale interactive experiences, innovation showcases or customer-facing technology environments.
• Experience leading globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prototyping, development and deployment of immersive customer experiences.
• Build proof-of-concepts and production-grade demonstrations showcasing Mastercard innovation.
• Develop technical architectures supporting AI, data visualisation, mixed reality, spatial computing and interactive storytelling.
• Create scalable frameworks enabling experiences to be replicated across multiple Experience Centre locations.
