Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a seasoned Technical Experience Lead to steer the architecture, prototyping and deployment of advanced customer-facing experiences across the global Mastercard Experience Centre network.

You will collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Foundry, Product, Engineering and CX teams to deliver immersive AI, AR/VR and holographic demonstrations that showcase Mastercard innovation.

Qualifications

• Typically 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture or experiential technology.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale interactive experiences.
• Experience leading globally distributed, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and engineering roadmap for Mastercard Experience Centres globally.
• Lead prototyping, development and deployment of immersive customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Foundry, Engineering, Security, CX and Creative teams.
