Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a seasoned Technical Experience Lead (L7) to own architecture, prototyping and deployment of advanced customer-facing experiences across the global Mastercard Experience Centre network.

The role serves as the technical authority for immersive demonstrations, AI, AR/VR/XR, data visualization and interactive storytelling, partnering with Solutions Consulting, Foundry, Product, Engineering and Creative Services to scale impact.

Qualifications

• Typically 5–8 years in software engineering or architecture.
• Experience delivering large-scale interactive experiences or customer-facing technology environments.
• Experience leading globally distributed, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and roadmap for Mastercard Experience Centres globally.
• Lead prototyping, development and deployment of immersive customer experiences.
• Develop architectures supporting AI, data visualization, XR, spatial computing and interactive storytelling.
• Create scalable frameworks enabling experiences to be replicated across MEC locations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security and creative teams to bring concepts to life.
• Engage executives with demonstrations that communicate business outcomes.
