Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a seasoned Technical Experience Lead to steer architecture and prototyping for global Experience Centres. You will own technical designs, oversee production deployments and collaborate with product, engineering and creative teams to deliver immersive, AI-powered demonstrations across locations.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing complex integrations and communicating impact to executives. Location is Dublin with global scope and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale immersive experiences.
• Strong leadership and executive stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and engineering roadmap for Mastercard Experience Centres globally.
• Lead prototyping, development and deployment of immersive customer experiences.
• Develop architectures supporting AI, data visualization, mixed reality and spatial computing.
• Own delivery from concept through production deployment across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security and creative teams to bring concepts to life.
• Engage executive audiences and translate challenges into compelling technology experiences.
