Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a seasoned Technical Experience Lead to drive architecture, prototyping, engineering and deployment of advanced customer-facing experiences across the global Mastercard Experience Centre network.

This role serves as the technical authority for immersive demonstrations and innovation environments, partnering with Solutions Consulting, Foundry, Product, Engineering and Experience Centre teams.

Qualifications

• Typically 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, innovation engineering or experience technology.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale interactive experiences or customer-facing technology environments.
• Experience leading globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and engineering roadmap for Mastercard Experience Centres globally.
• Establish standards, frameworks and reference architectures for immersive experiences and demonstration environments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and determine applicability to customer-facing showcase environments.
• Develop reusable technical platforms enabling rapid prototyping and scalable deployment.
• Lead prototyping, development and deployment of immersive customer experiences.
• Create scalable frameworks enabling experiences to be replicated across multiple MEC locations.
• Monitor emerging technology trends and identify opportunities to enhance Mastercard's showcases.
