Job summary

Mastercard Experience Centres (MECs) are where innovation meets impact. This role leads the architecture, prototyping, engineering and deployment of advanced customer-facing experiences across Mastercard’s Experience Centre network.

You will be the technical authority for immersive demonstrations and innovation environments, partnering with Solutions Consulting, Foundry, Product, Engineering and Experience Centre teams. Expect to work with Unreal Engine, Unity, AR/VR/XR and AI-driven demos.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture or innovation engineering.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale interactive experiences or customer-facing tech environments.
• Experience leading globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and engineering roadmap for Mastercard Experience Centres globally.
• Lead prototyping, development and deployment of immersive customer experiences.
• Develop architectures supporting AI, data visualization, XR, spatial computing and interactive storytelling.
