Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a seasoned Technical Experience Lead to steer architecture, prototyping, engineering and deployment of advanced customer-facing experiences across the Mastercard Experience Centre network.

You will serve as the technical authority for immersive demonstrations and innovation environments, collaborating with Solutions Consulting, Foundry, Product, Engineering and External partners to deliver scalable, production-grade experiences globally.

Qualifications

Typically 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture or related fields.
Proven track record delivering large-scale interactive experiences or customer-facing technology environments.
Experience leading globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define the technical vision and engineering roadmap for Mastercard Experience Centres globally.
Establish standards and reference architectures for immersive experiences.
Lead prototyping, development and deployment of immersive customer experiences.
Develop architectures supporting AI, data visualisation, XR/AR/VR and spatial computing.
