Okta Ireland is hiring an energetic Sales Development Representative to generate qualified leads and nurture relationships with prospects. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to build pipeline, research target accounts, and engage Senior Executives to drive opportunities.

The role emphasizes speed, teamwork, and results in a fast-paced environment. You will navigate German and English conversations, evangelize Okta products, and contribute to hitting monthly quotas while

Qualifications

• Prospecting experience with a track record of creating opportunities.
• Experience working to sales targets and KPIs or under time pressure.
• Salesforce.com experience is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate into product value.
• Passion for Tech/ SaaS industry and fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Uncover and approach prospects to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a territory.
• Research and build new and existing accounts with contacts and emails.
• Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
• Evangelize Okta and the On-Demand mode to customers.
• Meet monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
