Job summary

Okta’s Sales Development Representatives are high energy professionals that drive demand, awareness, and interest for our cloud Security solutions. You will partner with our Account Executive and Marketing teams to generate qualified sales leads, set meetings, and yield new deal opportunities.

We’re looking for pros with prospecting experience, target-driven mindset, Salesforce.com know-how, and excellent communication. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• Previous prospecting experience.
• Sales targets, KPIs or time pressure helpful.
• Salesforce.com experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated, driven and self-starting.
• Team-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to match customer needs with a product sale.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Passion for Tech/SaaS industry.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Uncover and approach prospects to fuel the sales pipeline.
• Prioritize strategic target accounts within a defined territory.
• Research and build new and existing accounts (contacts, emails, calls).
• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives.
• Evangelize Okta and the On-Demand mode.
• Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
