Job summary

Okta in Ireland is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to generate qualified opportunities and support the Account Executive team. You will prospect, research accounts, and engage Senior Executives to advance the pipeline.

You'll work onsite in Ireland, collaborate with marketing, and strive to meet monthly quotas while developing your skills in cloud security solutions and Okta's On-Demand model.

Qualifications

• Previous prospecting experience.
• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uncover and approach prospects to generate new business opportunities.
• Help create and prioritize target account lists within a defined territory.
• Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e.: adding contacts, emails, strategic calling).
• Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
• Evangelize Okta and the On-Demand mode.
• Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
