Job summary

Okta in Ireland is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive demand for our cloud adoption and management solutions. You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales to contact prospects, qualify opportunities, and map out a robust pipeline.

You will engage with Senior Executives, understand customer pains, and evangelize Okta’s On-Demand solution. This high-energy role rewards performance and offers rapid growth within the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Motivated self-starter able to work in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product sales.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
• Qualify inbound marketing leads and respond promptly.
• Build relationships with prospects and understand their pains.
• Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives.
• Promote Okta and the On-Demand mode to prospects.
• Aim to exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
