CEL Critical Power is seeking an enthusiastic ICT Technician for a 6-month fixed-term contract in our Citywest office, Ireland. You will join the ICT team to provide first-line technical support to end users and assist with IT administration tasks.
This role offers hands-on experience across IT support, systems administration, and involvement in digital transformation projects, including Azure Virtual Desktop and SSO initiatives. On-site work is required.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated ICT Technician to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, multi-site corporate environment. Working alongside an experienced ICT team, you will provide first-line technical support to end users, assist with the administration of Microsoft technologies, and contribute to a range of infrastructure and digital transformation projects. This role offers broad exposure across IT support, systems administration, and project delivery, making it an ideal first step for someone looking to develop a career in Information and Communications Technology.
Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Strong interest in IT support, systems administration, and technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused approach with a professional, patient, and positive attitude. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to work on-site in our Citywest office on a full-time basis.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems. Previous experience in a technical support, helpdesk, placement, internship, or customer-facing role. Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support processes. Experience setting up, configuring, or troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals.
