St Brigid's Credit Union Ltd. is seeking an ICT/IT Manager to lead the ICT strategy and risk governance across the organization. You will manage security, resilience, vendor oversight and regulatory compliance within a financial services environment.

The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with Risk & Compliance, Assurance and the Board to ensure effective ICT controls, budgeting and continuity planning. A senior IT professional with strong communication and analytical skills is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years ICT experience with 3 years IT management in regulated/financial services.
• Knowledge of M365, Azure, IAM, backups and data security.
• Experience with SIEM/SOC and cyber response is advantageous.
• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher; security certifications are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support ICT strategy development aligned with risk appetite and budget.
• Oversee ICT governance, incident management and disaster recovery.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, DPO and Internal Audit.
• Manage budgets, procurement, licensing, and assurance actions.
• Liaise with outsourced partners for security monitoring and patching.
• Prepare KPI/KRI reports and maintain ICT risk register.
• Lead readiness for regulatory requirements including DORA.
