Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish & English essential.
• Experience in the Spanish medical device market desirable.
• Leaving Certificate level or equivalent; business or other third-level qualification.
• SAP SD user-level experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process orders received via telephone, fax or post promptly.
• Handle customer queries on orders, stock, deliveries, invoices and literature.
• Resolve customer complaints to customers' satisfaction.
• Escalate product complaints to the appropriate department.
