Job summary
Primark is seeking a Regional Planner to lead Iberia product ranges across its store portfolio, reflecting local customer needs and market trends. You will partner with Buying, Merchandising and Design teams to use data-driven insights to influence decisions and maximise profitability across the region.
This role requires regular onsite presence in Arthur Ryan House with occasional travel to Spain and Portugal, and involves leading grading, option planning and sizing analysis, plus collaboration
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Product Merchandising or Branch Merchandising with end-to-end ownership.
- Fast-paced fashion retail experience preferred with ability to influence decisions.
- Strong skills in grading, range building, forecasting and trading analysis.
Responsibilities
- Define Iberia product ranges using market and customer insights.
- Lead grading, option planning and sizing analysis with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor sales, trends and competition to identify growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with Space Planning, Retail and Product to place the right products in stores.
- Deliver insight-led reports that influence product direction and trading actions.
- Align global product strategy with Iberia priorities reflecting local needs.
