Job summary

Primark is seeking a Regional Planner to lead Iberia product range strategy across store portfolio, ensuring ranges reflect local customer needs and market trends. You will partner with Buying, Merchandising and Design to influence decisions using data-driven insights and drive profitability across the region.

The role requires onsite presence in Arthur Ryan House with occasional travel to Spain and Portugal, and a track record of end-to-end merchandising in fast-paced fashion retail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Merchandising or Branch Merchandising.
• Strong expertise in grading, range building, forecasting and trading analysis.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders using data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Iberia-specific product ranges based on market and customer insights.
• Lead grading, option planning and sizing analysis with clear recommendations.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Space Planning, Retail and Product teams to ensure right products and space.
• Deliver insight-led reports and presentations influencing product direction.
• Align regional strategy with global product priorities and trading actions.
