Job summary

Inform3 Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Ireland to deliver major hyperscale data centre projects in Finland and Sweden. This role requires managing projects from start to finish while maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidates should have experience in large-scale projects and a Third Level Qualification in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role.
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical or data centre projects.
• Full Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from commencement through to final handover.
• Coordinate and oversee all site activities to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
• Lead project teams while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
• Monitor project budgets, costs and resource allocation.
• Review drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
