Job summary

Irish Life Group Services Limited is seeking a proactive Workplace Experience Specialist to support a connected, seamless workplace experience for employees, customers and visitors. The role sits in the Workplace Services team delivering events, hospitality, wellbeing initiatives and engagement across a hybrid 3-4 day on-site model in Dublin.

You will coordinate day-to-day activity, support corporate events, manage logistics, and work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in workplace coordination, events, hospitality, customer experience or service, corporate services, facilities support or related environment.
• Strong organisational, planning and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting events, meetings and engagement initiatives.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end corporate events, hospitality moments, visitor management and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with calendar, requests, timelines, documentation and reporting for workplace services.
• Collaborate with facilities operations, health and safety, IT, AV and external vendors.
• Manage catering, venue setup, AV/IT requirements, supplier communications and post-event follow-up.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for senior team meetings and KPI reporting.
