Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial insurance, risk management, corporate broking, account management or a related financial services environment.
• Strong relationship management skills with experience dealing with medium to large corporate clients and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with a proactive, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of medium and large corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary relationship contact.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, gaining a detailed understanding of their business, risk profile and commercial objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market activity and proactive engagement with prospective clients.
• Design and coordinate comprehensive risk solutions tailored to individual client requirements, working closely with internal specialists and external market partners.
• Lead client renewals and commercial negotiations, ensuring solutions are competitive, commercially viable and aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues across risk, insurance and capital markets to deliver a high-quality client proposition and identify opportunities for broader business development.
