Job summary

Procore Technologies in Dublin is seeking an SMB Customer Success Engineer to champion our platform for SMB clients and drive measurable business gains. You will serve as a product expert and work cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing to maximise value and adoption.

You will travel up to 50% to client sites, events, and Procore offices, with a focus on data-driven value delivery and strategic customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry or in Customer Success/Professional Services.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn Procore’s product offerings.
• Ability to collaborate across departments on time-sensitive projects.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in person and virtually.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to turn data into insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, IS, or CS with PM exposure.

Responsibilities

• Make data-driven recommendations to optimize Procore value based on analytics.
• Craft value-based presentations addressing business problems and drive adoption.
• Provide roadmap and release updates to help clients benefit from new features.
• Lead product demonstrations and coordinate with stakeholders across teams.
• Serve as a technical account contact with clear, responsive communication.
• Mentor peers and contribute to best practices across the organization.
• Develop deep expertise in Procore products, services, and industry practices.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites, industry events, and Procore offices.
