Job summary

Oliver James Group in Dublin is seeking a Senior Property Manager to own a residential portfolio and deliver an excellent resident experience. The role is permanent and hybrid, requiring hands-on management of day-to-day operations.

You will lead property management activities, maintain records, ensure compliance, manage relationships with residents, clients and contractors, and support health and safety and budgets. A PSRA licence and driving licence are preferred/mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years’ residential property management experience.
• PSRA licence (preferably) and full driving licence (mandatory).
• Knowledge of tenancy legislation, RTB requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage properties, tenancies, inspections, maintenance and resident queries.
• Build strong relationships with residents, clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Monitor arrears and ensure timely, compliant follow-up.
• Coordinate contractors and oversee works to agreed standards.
• Maintain accurate records, systems and portfolio reports.
• Support compliance, health & safety, budgets and operational standards.
• Contribute to process improvements, projects and team development.
