Howden Ireland is seeking an experienced Commercial Connected Personal Lines Account Executive to manage a diverse client portfolio. You will focus on renewals, retention, and delivering a seamless client experience in close partnership with the Commercial Handler.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in insurance, Personal Lines qualification (APA) and a strong track record in relationship-building, negotiations, and cross-selling opportunities across the group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years+ experience in an insurance role.
• APA Personal Lines qualification or Grandfathered status with CPD.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Lines insurance market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Commercial Connected Personal Lines book of business.
• Renewals, client retention and SOW review with clear options.
• Collaborate with Commercial Handler to ensure seamless client service.
• Identify cross-selling and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client and policy records, ensure compliance.
