Job summary

Aon Ireland is seeking a Motor Claims Advocate to handle first notification of loss, client updates, and advocacy on behalf of our clients in motor claims matters. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work virtually and from our Dublin office.

You will engage with placement teams, underwriters, and experts to ensure timely settlements, while upholding a strong focus on client needs and regulatory knowledge. Aon supports wellbeing and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Accredited under the Minimum Competency Requirements with CPD evidence.
• Strong knowledge of claims coverage issues and wordings.
• Minimum CIP qualification and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on coverage to facilitate the settlement of motor claims.
• Coordinate discussions between client, underwriter and representatives.
• Negotiate payment and settlement with clients and underwriters.
• Monitor third party providers and specialists (loss adjusters, lawyers, surveyors, engineers).
• Support pre-renewal meetings, placing and renewal negotiations.
• Take on additional duties as needed by management.
