Job summary

Aon Corporation in Dublin is seeking a Motor Claims Adjuster to join our Claims Management Division. You will deliver cradle-to-grave motor claims handling for self-insured clients, including third party, property, recovery and personal injury matters.

Reporting to the Technical Claims Manager, you’ll work in a thirteen-strong team in a hybrid role with Dublin office flexibility. CIP progress and APA qualification are preferred, along with strong IT and client‑facing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ motor claims handling experience.
• APA qualified and working towards CIP qualification (or Accredited under the Minimum Competency Requirements).
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer focus with attention to detail.
• Excellent IT skills and proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage motor claims from cradle to grave for self-insured clients.
• Handle third party motor, property damage/recovery and personal injury claims.
• Contain costs by following approved processes and using available resources.
• Develop relationships with key clients and liaise with Claims Administrator.
• Maintain claims systems and files and support reporting requirements.
